Posted: 9th April 2011 by nizam in Introduction

My.Mountainbike.Addict would like to invite all mountain bikers in Klang Valley, other states and Singapore and Thailand to a group ride at Kuala Kubu Bharu – Batang Kali, Ulu Rening, Rasah and Kuala Kubu treks. Let’s all get together to share our enthusiasm for the sport and willingness to help each other in building and maintaining multi-use single track in the area.

Download event’s flyer here.

The date is Sunday, May 15 (Saturday May 14th is the Dry Run date), and the flag off location is Dewan Millenium Bandar Utama Batang Kali. Race will start at 7:15 AM and lasting for about 3-4 hours. Registration and Race Kit collection will be held on 14th May from 10 AM – 12 NOON. The trails will show you some of the best and most beautiful single track in the Hulu Selangor area.

There will a few Check Point with water stops. But you should be self supported, meaning bring your own water, tools, tubes, etc while on the trail!

Click here to download the Participation Form.

Riders under the age of 18 need to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Finally don’t forget about our picnic after the ride. Don’t forget your favorite beverages and something warm to change into after the ride. Also bring some chairs unless you want to sit on the ground. As an added incentive to attending, we have an entertainment crew hard at work coming up with some fun things to do during the picnic and social time during and after the ride.
